What Is Happening In LMS TECH ED/Computer Literacy?
Dear Parents and Students:
Welcome to the Lincoln Middle School TECH ED/Computer Literacy web page! The new school year is already upon us, so this is just a quick note to let you know what we are doing in TECH ED/Computer Literacy class. Please note that all students will need to bring to every class a pair of ear buds. This items is very important as the ear buds are needed for students to hear audio playback on many of the websites they may visit for online lessons. Many students have already learned many of the basics of computer literacy, so they will be reviewing and investigating more in-depth what they learned about word processing and presentation programs in the upcoming weeks. After working with these two programs, students will begin examining how to create spreadsheets and graphs using the program Google Sheets. In addition, seventh and eight graders may explore photo editing, computer-aided drawing, and web design. We will attempt to keep you posted on a bi-weekly or monthly basis once we get settled in here. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or at Lincoln Middle School if you have any questions at all. Ms. Johnson is also a computer literacy teacher. We can be contacted by way of the CONTACT page on this website. Thank you and best regards.
